2. Products and Services
Kiitoskauppa.fi Gift Cards
Kiitoskauppa Oy sells gift cards on the Kiitoskauppa.fi website intended for corporate customers. These gift cards entitle the recipient to redeem one or more gifts from the selection available for that particular gift card. The gift card has no euro-denominated value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift card code is redeemed on the website kiitoskauppa.fi under the section “Redeem Gift Card.”
Gift Selection – Products and Services
At kiitoskauppa.fi, you can redeem your gift card for services or physical products included in the gift selection. Kiitoskauppa reserves the right to change the selection during the validity period of the gift card.
3. Orders
You can order gift cards on our website at kiitoskauppa.fi or through our sales representatives. Our website and user agreement are in Finnish. All prices are listed in euros and subject to VAT. You can change your order during the ordering process.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once we have received your order. The order confirmation cannot be accessed later through our website. If you would like another copy of your confirmation, please contact us by email at [email protected].
Kiitoskauppa reserves the right to change the gift card and gift selection. Changes take effect without prior notice.
We are not liable for consequences arising from breaches of contract by third parties.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are secure and may be made by invoice, credit card, or online banking.
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the recipient of the payment on your account statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is licensed as a payment institution. For complaints, please first contact the product supplier.

5. Terms of Delivery
Gift cards are delivered to the specified email addresses either immediately after ordering or at the delivery time selected during the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct email addresses. Printed gift cards are delivered to the specified postal address(es) within 3–5 business days of the order or at the requested time. Kiitoskauppa is not responsible for delivery if the recipient’s address details have been entered incorrectly. Kiitoskauppa does not compensate for orders lost in the mail if the recipient’s address is incorrect or incomplete.
When redeeming gifts:
Physical gifts are delivered within mainland Finland. Kiitoskauppa does not compensate for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties.
6. Delivery Costs
If you choose a printed gift card, a printing and handling fee of €19.00 + VAT will be added to your order.
You can also choose to have gift cards delivered directly by post to the recipients, in which case Kiitoskauppa will handle the mailing. The cost of this service is €4.00 per card + VAT.
The delivery and handling costs for electronic gift cards are €0.
Gift card prices include the delivery costs of the gifts themselves within Finland (excluding Åland).
7. Validity
The validity period of gift cards purchased from Kiitoskauppa.fi is indicated on the gift card; they are always valid for at least 8 months from the date of purchase.
The validity of services in the gift selection is determined by the service provider and stated in connection with the specific service.
8. Exchange and Return Policy
As the purchaser of a gift card, you have the right to exchange expiring gift cards for new ones, but this right applies only to a maximum of 10% of the cards purchased. Purchased cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
For redeemed gifts, the right of exchange and return applies only to defective products.
9. Complaints and Customer Service

To file a complaint about a product or service gift, please contact [email protected]. Please note:

Errors must be reported within a reasonable time after they have been discovered. Complaints made within two months are always considered timely.

The right to complain means that as a customer you can report defects or shortcomings in your order.

This does not apply to situations where defects or damages to the product have arisen from your use of the product or service.

We will reimburse reasonable costs incurred from returning a product or service if the reasons for the return are justified.

Products come with the standard warranty provided by the importer or manufacturer.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Kiitoskauppa Oy is responsible for the proper processing of personal data. Kiitoskauppa Oy may disclose information within the limits permitted and required by applicable law to third parties to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of such purposes. Such parties include partners providing payment or delivery services, IT services or solutions, consulting and auditing services, and marketing services. Personal data of gift card redeemers will never be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Kiitoskauppa does not sell personal data to third parties.

11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes concerning the user agreement will be settled under Finnish law in the District Court of Helsinki.
