Torres Winery, led by Miguel A. Torres, is one of the most prestigious wine brands in the world. This family-owned business also produces olive oils and vinegars in the Catalonia region of Spain. The olive harvest is carried out by hand between October and November, and the olives are taken directly to the mill, where the oil is cold-pressed using traditional methods within 24 hours of harvesting.

The Catalan Eterno Arbequina extra virgin olive oil has been awarded for several years for its fruity flavor. The olives used are carefully selected, and the oil is mechanically pressed from them at a low temperature. The oil uses two different olive varieties: 90% Arbequina and 10% Robal.
